Who Am I?

Hey, I'm Sam.

I have ADHD myself and have worked with many clients with ADHD as a psychologist.

I know firsthand what it’s like to face the daily challenges—from constant mental chatter to intense emotions and overwhelm, to the struggle of staying organised.

This course brings together everything I’ve learned, both from working with clients and from my own journey with ADHD.

Finding strategies that truly work took time, but once I did, it changed everything.

Now, I’m here to share those tools with you, so you can feel less overwhelmed and more in control.
